Custom extrusion profiles or specialized powder coatings may require an additional 10-15 days. Absolutely. Our engineering team specializes in precision OEM/ODM services. We can develop custom dies based on your CAD drawings or architectural blueprints. The mold development phase typically takes 10-15 days, followed by rigorous prototyping and thermal testing before mass production.

Our thermal break aluminum windows utilize premium polyamide (PA66) strips inserted between the inner and outer aluminum profiles. This creates a highly effective thermal barrier that prevents heat transfer. Combined with double or triple Low-E glazing and Argon gas filling, our windows easily meet stringent international U-value requirements.

We employ a strict, multi-layer export packaging protocol. First, a protective adhesive film is applied to all aluminum frames. Then, corners are guarded with specialized plastic protectors. Finally, the windows are wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed into heavy-duty, fumigated wooden crates or steel pallets to guarantee zero damage during ocean transit.

We stand by the quality of our manufacturing. Sinwindow provides a 10-year warranty on the structural integrity of our aluminum profiles and surface finishes (powder coating/anodizing).
